Waqf Construction has been established as a Non‑Profit Company (NPC) with a clear and sincere intention: to build for the sake of Allah Ta’ala, not for profit, and to revive the tradition of sadaqah jariyah through construction.
We are not a conventional commercial contractor. Our role is to serve as a waqf‑based construction platform, bringing together the mosque committee, the wider community, construction professionals, Ulama (serving as our advisory committee), as well as accountants and attorneys, to ensure full Shariah compliance and legal governance. Through this collaborative structure, we work with trusted suppliers to deliver projects at cost, with transparency, accountability, and long‑term benefit.
This project is undertaken with the niyyah that every contribution: whether financial, professional, or material - becomes a form of ongoing reward (sadaqah jariyah).
Our intention is not monetary gain, but to create infrastructure that:
• serves the Ummah,
• stands the test of time, and ,
• earns reward from Allah Ta’ala in the Hereafter.
You may notice that our tender pricing is significantly lower than that of conventional contractors.
This is intentional and by design, and not due to inexperience, omission, or misunderstanding of the project scope.
Our pricing reflects:
• a nonprofit construction model,
• materials supplied at cost,
• services rendered with the intention of sadaqah jariyah,
• open book, transparent costing, and
• no inflated margins, mark ups, or commercial return.
